Together with our contracted carriers we service over 3,000 shipping customers with a goal of moving over 500,000 loads on an annual basis. Currently, our associates are combining coordination, teamwork and technology to expand our base of clients, to secure round trips and eliminate wasted miles wherever possible for dedicated carriers.


What do I need to start hauling for IEL?

Active MC or US DOT. Signed Carrier Contract. Minimum $1 million Auto Liability Insurance. Minimum $100,000 Cargo Insurance. Reefer Breakdown (if applicable). Trailer Interchange or Non-Owned (if applicable).

Where do I find your available loads?

You may find our loads posted on Truckstop, DAT, and PostEverywhere.

Where do I go to complete the IEL Contract to run loads?

Visit Ielfreight.com – Carriers – Get Setup or by booking a load with one of our brokers.

How can I reach someone after hours to provide an update on my load?

We offer a full service 24/7 in house dispatch and over the road support, this means you can reach someone at our office during all hours. Simply call the phone number at the top of your rate confirmation. If unsuccessful, you can contact Night Dispatch directly at 937-483-5167 outside of normal business hours, or via email to nightdispatch@intxlog.com.

What documents are required to process payment?

Invoice with your company name, remittance address and itemized accessorial charges. Signed Bill of Lading with Proof of Delivery. If a load has multiple orders or pages on BOL, all pages must be submitted along with inspection forms. Any Valid unloading/lumper, pallet, gate, etc receipts must be submitted with original invoices for reimbursement, even if a ComChek has been provided in advance. Handwritten or illegible receipts may not be reimbursed. Copy of IEL Rate Confirmation.

Who do I call regarding payment on my load?

For questions regarding payment status, please visit secure.triumphpay.com and register as a carrier. Once you have registered as a carrier, you may email support.triumphpay.com for any payment status inquiries. You may also contact the TriumphPay team at 469-312-7222.
